China Dairy industry safety

The safety of China dairy industry should not be based on inspection but on building. Raw milk industry does not lack guiding system but law system which may put the illegal people into prison! It is a social issue. The dairy people chase for profit by adulteration without enough monitoring and punishment or sometimes they even don't know they are adultering which need not only further education but also more serious law system to punish the iilegal.
