►Award 1. TPM excellence Award A or B
–Cat B, requires 2 years of achievement activity after introducing TPM. Must be based on 5 pillars of TPM

–Cat A, requires 3 years of achievement activity after introducing TPM. Must be based on 8 pillars of TPM (5 from category B plus)

►Award 2. Consistent TPM Excellence: requiring another 2 years after award 1.
►Award 3. Special Award for TPM achievement: Requires 2 more years after award 3
